Buy Caps and Hats offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee in a rare event of an error or defect with your purchase. Policies are in place to help ensure customer and staff Safety as well as help BCAH manage and maintain efficient, effective operations. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation, patience and understanding.

Returning items without our prior, Written consent will Not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with merchandise, we encourage you to possibly gift it to someone who may be interested in it or donate it to a charitable organization.

1) INCLUDE a printed clear copy of your order receipt that has: 
  a) Your order number 
  b) The name used on the order 
  c) The shipping address 

2) State either on the printout or on a separate note the reason for the return. Kindly write clearly and legible!

3) We recommend using a tracking number and keeping that handy until the return has been processed. We will require it if there is any issue with us not receiving the return.

Your return must be postdated within 30 days from the date USPS tracking shows the package was delivered. Our shipping and handling costs, INCLUDING items with free shipping, are NOT refundable, unless we made an error or product is damaged. The s&h fee deducted from your refund will typically be around $5.95 to $7.95

We have the right to request photo documentation for any item a customer states is damaged or defective. Failure to provide such documentation may result in a refund/ return claim being immediately denied. The item and package must be in NewUnused condition.

Refused shipments for undamaged products, without our permission, may Not be refunded. If we send a prepaid shipping label and when returned to us the item(s) is as described in the listing, the s&h fee mentioned above will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may be subject to a restock fee up to 25% and is on a case by case basis at our discretion. We will issue a full refund ONLY if there is an error on our part or we believe you received a defective item (valid proof must be provided).

Full refunds will Not be provided for matters such as: we shipped the correct item per the listing, but the item simply does not fit or arrived with creases, folds, wrinkles and such typical clothing-relating issues. Invalid claims, returns or threats will be subject to potential legal action and/or reported to governing agencies if necessary.
