Kindly read ALL of the information below before proceeding with your return following the instructions** at the bottom.
RETURN POLICY: As of May 1, 2020, we are not accepting returns, unless we made an error with the order. We have enacted this policy in an effort to help protect the safety of customers and staff. We recommend contacting us and/or checking product packaging, details and reviews of items before ordering.
Your return must be postdated within 30 days from the date USPS tracking shows the package was delivered. Our shipping and handling costs, INCLUDING items with free shipping, are NOT refundable, unless we made an error or product is damaged. The s&h fee deducted from your refund will typically be around $3.49 to $4.99.
We do not accept returns due to clothing not fitting or for any sizing issue as most of our items are one size fits many, not all. We have the right to request photo documentation for any item a customer states is damaged or defective. Failure to provide such documentation may result in a refund/ return claim being immediately denied. We recommend issues such as wrinkles, collapsed caps and related, be steamed or ironed on a lower setting and apply starch to items, as with most clothing. No refunds will be provided for such issues. The item and package must be in new, unused condition and all tags need to be returned. Refused shipments for undamaged products, without our permission, may not be refunded. We will issue a full or partial refund if there is an error on our part or we believe you received a defective item.
PRODUCT CONDITION: Items are in new condition unless otherwise stated in the listing. At times, items may be damaged during handling or shipping. If you receive a damaged/ defective item, contact us immediately. We may require evidence, such as a photo emailed to us.
Note again that flattened, creased, folds, wrinkled and such item issues do not qualify as damage or defect. We recommend that such issues be dealt with through ironing on a lower setting and starching items, as with any clothing. It is normal for items to have strings/ threading that the seamstress did not cut off all of the way; some may be in excess. Sizing issues do not qualify for a full refund or return shipping reimbursement as long as we shipped you what was ordered. Please make your purchase with this in mind.
By returning any or all items within an order from Buy Caps and Hats (BCAH), you acknowledge your understanding of the BCAH returns policy above and agree to be bound by it.

1) INCLUDE a printed clear copy of your order receipt that has:
a) Your order number
b) The name used on the order
c) The shipping address
2) State either on the printout or on a separate note the reason for the return. Kindly write clearly and legible!
3) We recommend using a tracking number and keeping that handy until the return has been processed. We will require it if there is any issue with us not receiving the return.
